Vicar Anthony Mandile

Vicar Anthony Mandile grew up in Scranton, Pennsylvania. He has fond memories of cheering on the Red Barons (Scranton/Wilkes-Barre’s minor league baseball team), of camping trips with Boy Scout Troop 57, and of competing on the Scranton High School (SHS) Swimming and Diving Team. After graduating from SHS, he attended Concordia University Wisconsin, Batterman School of Business where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Accountancy and a Master of Business Administration (MBA). Currently, Vicar Mandile is studying for a Masters of Divinity at Concordia Theological Seminary in Fort Wayne, Indiana. During his time in Fort Wayne, he served as fieldworker at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Decatur, Indiana. Over the summer of 2019, he assisted the dual parish of St. Paul Lutheran Church in International Falls, Minnesota and Church of the Lutheran Hour in Fort Francis, Ontario as summer vicar

Vicar Mandile is happy to be back home in Pennsylvania and is thankful for the opportunity to serve the people of God here, in the city of Philadelphia. Vicar will serve in a number of capacities including preaching, leading Scripture study, and assisting Rev.
